What this course is really about.

Expert product work is rarely a clean sequence of research, wireframes, and handoff. It is a negotiation between customer evidence, business outcomes, technical constraints, accessibility, and time.

This course gives you a product problem with missing information and competing stakeholder requests. You will decide what to investigate, what to prototype, what to standardize, and what not to build.

The final submission includes the feature, the system behind it, and a case study that makes your decisions legible to hiring teams and collaborators.
