1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using the platform, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, or be 13–17 with a parent or legal guardian agreeing on your behalf.
2. Educational scope
Workward Academy provides practical, self-paced education. A certificate confirms completion of the stated Workward lessons, assessments, and project requirements. It is not an academic degree, professional license, government credential, or accredited qualification. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, revenue, or another outcome.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. One account is for one learner. You may not share credentials, obtain access to unpurchased courses, bypass locks, or enter the administrator area without authorization.
4. Purchases and refunds
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and taxes may apply. Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. Access begins after successful payment confirmation or an authorized administrator assignment.
Unless a different policy is displayed at checkout, refund requests may be made within seven calendar days if less than 20% of the course is complete and no certificate has been issued.
5. Course access and changes
Enrollment provides a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the purchased course while it remains offered and the account is in good standing. Lessons, assessments, software references, and resources may be updated to improve accuracy and learning.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform or its protected course material. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, curriculum, visual design, assessments, and supplied resources are owned by Workward Academy or its licensors. Learners retain ownership of original project work while granting the limited rights needed to store, review, and provide the service.
8. Availability and liability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes, law, and contact
Material changes will be posted with an effective date. Questions can be sent to support@workwardacademy.com.
