We collect information you provide when you create an account, enroll, contact support, submit work, sit an examination, or request a certificate. This may include your name, email address, encrypted account credentials, course enrollments, lesson progress, exam answers and results, projects, certificates, support messages, and transaction records.
Our systems also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, request logs, and security events.
2. How we use information
- Create and secure your account.
- Provide enrolled courses and save progress.
- Score assessments and issue certificates.
- Process purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support.
- Maintain, diagnose, and improve the platform.
- Meet legal, accounting, security, and compliance obligations.
3. Payments
Payments are handled by the provider selected at checkout. Workward Academy does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. We retain transaction information needed to confirm enrollment, provide support, and maintain accounting records.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help operate the platform, when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and marketing technology
Essential cookies keep accounts secure and save progress. Optional analytics or advertising tools are activated only after they are configured and any required consent is obtained.
6. Retention and security
We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain education and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, and restricted administrative roles.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. Send requests to support@workwardacademy.com.
8. Children
Workward Academy is not directed to children under 13. Learners aged 13–17 may use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
